-Basic understanding of gold/jewelry handling procedures is an advantage (training provided if needed)

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-selling environment

-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

-Good communication skills

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer service, order fulfillment, and back-end operations across our e-commerce and social media platforms, while also supporting our live-selling operations and gold product handling procedures.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 5 days/week

-Handle customer service inquiries via WhatsApp, TikTok, and other e-commerce platforms

-Pack and prepare parcels for delivery

-Manage gold purchase procedures, including weighing and tagging processes

-Assist the live host during live-selling sessions

-Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy

-Update e-commerce platform back-end operations, including stock quantity, pricing, product images, and videos
