Able to speak in English and Mandarin

Proficient in SQL Accounting Software

At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure timely closing of accounts

Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records

Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting

Handle SST submissions and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary

Use SQL Accounting Software to manage financial data and reports

Support any ad hoc accounting or administrative tasks assigned by management
