Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher; Good Mandarin and English skills (reading, writing, and communication). Priority will be given to candidates who speak Portuguese (Brazil). preference given to candidates with degrees in Marketing, Advertising, New Media Operations, Portuguese, or related fields;
- At least 1 year of experience in overseas social media operations and influencer marketing; familiarity with short-video platforms and traffic strategies, tactics, and techniques; experience collaborating with overseas influencers, private domains, and affiliate networks is preferred;
- Possess independent marketing planning capabilities and content dissemination experience; adept at identifying trending topics and leveraging popular content and events for topic-based marketing to drive traffic;
- Ability to independently draft advertising copy, create visual content, write scripts, and produce videos;
- Results-oriented with data analysis skills; self-motivated and eager to learn; capable of identifying, breaking down, and resolving problems;
【Bonus Points】 - Experience with viral short videos or successful account management cases
- Familiarity with overseas user culture (especially Brazilian entertainment content preferences)
Responsibilities
- Independently manage daily operations for major overseas social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Kwai, Meta, and X, including building a traffic matrix, content planning, ad placement, and fan engagement. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, continuously optimize content and operational strategies, and drive rapid follower growth.
- Lead overseas market operations and marketing planning for the company’s products (primarily in Portuguese-speaking markets such as Brazil, as well as English-speaking countries in Europe and the Americas). Responsibilities include market research, product positioning, brand website management, advertising and event planning, and traffic operations. Be accountable for product metrics, brand outreach, and user conversion.
- Independently identify new traffic channels and diverse partnership models, such as private domain operations, influencer sales, live streaming, affiliate networks, and AI tools.
- Edit short videos and create derivative content; extract highlight clips from short videos and repurpose them (editing/packaging/subtitling/pacing optimization) to enhance content appeal and dissemination efficiency; analyze viral short videos and competitor content to identify replicable growth models and content strategies, thereby improving overall campaign ROI;
- Recruit and coordinate with overseas operations teams; develop marketing plans, track performance, manage budgets, and submit data reports;
- Possess a product-oriented mindset, stay informed about industry and competitor trends, and be capable of providing valuable recommendations on user conversion and related areas;
