Kerja Sepenuh Masa Landscape Architect, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,500 di Vinlogy Johor - Maukerja

Duties:

• General project work in all phases from concept up to detailed construction drawings, preparation of documentation and any other project materials under supervision of a team leader.
• Develop design solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation
• Prepare and produce landscape design presentations
• Create innovative design recommendations including applicable plant material recommendation
• Understanding of different climates and conditions to recommend suitable planting
• Prepare and communicate design intent by computer generated or hand drawings within or outside office.
• Monitor work progress to ensure project development is according to design and time schedules.
• Liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Attend project / technical / consultant and / or other co-ordination meetings / site meetings.
• Work collaboratively with team members and clients from design concept to implementation in accordance to client's requirements and aspirations
• Equip with new design software skills, e.g., RIKCAD
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the team leader.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Landscape Architecture
• Min. of 2 years’ experience in commercial or mixed-use projects and sizes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other computer-aided drafting and design software.
• In-depth knowledge of planting species, relevant design codes, standards and compliance
• A motivated and hardworking individual with good attitude who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Individual with excellence in design and willingness to work hard and takes initiative to complete given tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
• Service oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good hand drawing skill and sketching ability.
• Evidence of English language proficiency, both written and spoken.

Gross Salary Range

RM$3000 - RM$4000 (Salary will be Commensurate with experience & suitability)
