About the Role

We are the Malaysia team of a Singapore-headquartered AI technology group. You will own the full video production pipeline — from concept and shooting to editing and delivery — focusing on software product demo videos, brand story and founder story content, creating videos that travel well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube (Shorts & long-form) and product landing pages. We also serve F&B, hospitality and entertainment brand clients, so proven experience producing brand promotion and advertising content in these industries is essential. This is a hands-on creator role for someone who can go from idea to finished video independently.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree (Film Production, Photography, Broadcasting, Digital Media preferred).

• 5+ years of commercial video production experience; software product demo / brand film experience preferred.

• Proven, hands-on experience with successful cases in brand promotion and advertising content for F&B, food, hotel and KTV/entertainment brands (please include in your showreel).

• Proficient with Sony / Canon / DJI equipment; comfortable running a shoot solo.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop (or CapCut Pro for short-form workflows).

• Strong visual storytelling and commercial aesthetic; able to deliver end-to-end from concept to final cut.

• Bilingual English + Mandarin strongly preferred (we produce bilingual content for global and Chinese-speaking markets); Bahasa Malaysia a plus.

• Interest in AI tools and tech products is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce software product demo videos, brand story films and founder story content, plus short-form videos for TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts.

• Shoot and produce brand promotion videos and advertising creatives for F&B, restaurant, hotel and KTV/entertainment brand clients.

• Develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards based on product positioning and marketing goals.

• Independently handle shooting, lighting, on-set direction and footage management (studio and on-location).

• Post-production: editing, color grading, subtitles (English / Chinese / Malay), motion graphics, sound design and music.

• Use AI-assisted production tools (e.g. AI voiceover, auto-subtitling, AI video generation) to speed up output — we are an AI company and expect you to work like one.

• Build and maintain the video asset library and brand video guidelines.
