Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Able to multitask, follow timelines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project coordination experience are encouraged to apply.

Coordinate and monitor ongoing IT projects to ensure tasks are completed according to agreed timelines and requirements.

Assist project managers with project planning, documentation, scheduling, and progress tracking using project management tools.

Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and clarify deliverables.

Work closely with software developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment of project goals.

Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, timelines, and status updates for management review.

Identify potential risks, delays, or issues and promptly communicate them to the relevant supervisor for resolution.

Support software testing and deployment by coordinating user feedback, bug reports, and technical adjustments.

Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed of progress
