We are looking for energetic and responsible Service Crew to join Homm Dessert Café. You will be involved in dessert preparation, customer service, and daily store operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer.

1. Dessert Preparation

• Prepare and assemble desserts (e.g. bingsu, toast, beverages) according to SOPs

• Ensure consistency in presentation, taste, and quality

• Assist in basic kitchen prep and ingredient handling

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of preparation areas

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Take orders accurately and recommend menu items

• Serve food and beverages promptly

• Handle customer enquiries and basic complaints professionally

3. Store Operations

• Support daily opening and closing tasks

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and equipment

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

• Assist in stock replenishment and basic inventory checks

4. Teamwork

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Follow instructions from supervisors and managers

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude
