Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, video editing, online sales, or customer service.

• Proficient in CapCut and Canva. Experience with Meta, Instagram, and TikTok Ads is an added advantage.

• Mature and warm Mandarin communication skills, with the ability to listen and understand customers.

• Comfortable handling rejection and willing to proactively follow up with customers while taking responsibility for sales targets.

• Has genuine personal practice or interest in spirituality, self-cultivation, or personal growth.

• Honest, self-disciplined, proactive, and committed to serving customers without exaggeration or deception.

• Open to applicants of all religions and spiritual practices.

• Your previous experience in online sales or customer follow-up.

We are looking for someone who is committed to growing with us in the long term—someone who possesses both a cultivation mindset and the drive to execute, grow, and achieve results.

• Edit and publish short-form videos on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RED), and other social media platforms.

• Manage and test advertising campaigns using the company's advertising budget.

• Respond to private messages and WhatsApp enquiries, and follow up with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Arrange paid consultation sessions, provide continuous follow-up, and assist in converting leads into course enrollments.

• Record and maintain customer and advertising data.

• Basic Salary: RM3,200
• Commission of up to 10%–25% for every successful sale.
