Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, industry, or key account sales with proven sales target achievements

• At least 3 years of team management experience

• Strong business development and negotiation skills

• Proven ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions

• Experience managing retail store operations and systems

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines

• Proficiency in English for communicating with customers and stakeholders across diverse backgrounds

• Proficiency in additional local languages is an added advantage for liaising with customers and stakeholders

Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising strategies
• Implement store operational policies and procedures to achieve business targets
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of store team members
• Train and develop staff to consistently meet company performance standards
• Plan and execute store initiatives, including events and sales networking activities
• Monitor and control store expenses, including manpower, supplies, and services
• Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and stock management processes
• Improve workflow efficiency and share best practices with internal stakeholders
• Represent the brand professionally in all internal and external communications
• Manage and track team performance, ensuring strong sales pipeline development and customer engagement levels
