Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.

• Have a great interpersonal and communication skill.

• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.

• No work experience required.

• Responsible for day-to-day operations, administrative duties, and maintaining the HR filing system.

• Assist in organizing HR activities and events.

• Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to develop the training calendar.

• Assist in payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related administrative tasks.

• Assist in coordinate in house training programs for all level of staff.

• Assist in preparing and analyzing general HR reports.

• Any other duties as assigned by superior and management to you from time to time.
