• Resolve customer issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer enquiries.

• Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with contact centre quality standards and KPIs.

• Educate customers on the company's products and services.
