• Diploma/Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin due to business nature.

• Willing to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies and sales approaches.

• Possess a personal mode of transportations.

Business Development

• Play a key role in growing the business by working with new and existing customers.

• Prospect and create new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and implement marketing activities.

• Understand customers' evolving needs and introduce new products and solutions to meet those needs.

• Gather and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

• Ensure customer satisfaction, support contract renewals, and identify cross-selling opportunities.

• Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Support the team by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

• Follow company processes, sales workflows, and reporting requirements consistently.

Client Relationship Management

• Resolve customer complaints and other related matters.

• Arrange business meetings and one-on-one discussions with prospective customers.

• Respond to client and partner inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

• Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to potential partners.

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and activity reports.
