About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to handle full spectrum pre- and post-contract administration, from tender documentation to final account finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Administration: Manage pre- and post-contract processes and maintain proper documentation for all activities.

• Tender & Estimation: Conduct detailed studies of tender documents, specifications, and project requirements, alongside BQ preparation and quantity take-offs.

• Claims & Variations: Prepare and submit progress claims and variation order claims.

• Account Finalization: Handle the finalization of accounts with customers and sub-contractors.
