Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers.

• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

• Be passionate and interested about the products we sell.

• Have to be quick on your feet and quick thinking!

• Assist in day-to-day restocking and constant quality assurance.

• Keep the store clean and tidy at all times.

• Pay attention to buying patterns and be able to assist store manager in maximizing sales.

• Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SPM level education.

• Good spoken and written mastery for English and Bahasa Melayu.

• Growth driven and a great team player.

• Adaptable, fast paced and wiling to learn/re-learn skills.

• Friendly, customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile for our 'kawans'!

• Willing to do physical work where necessary and stand for extended periods of time.

• Diligent in doing quality assurance checks and ensuring the tidiness of the store.
