Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-

• Years of experience: 2 years

• Field of experience: HR or client services and have an in-depth understanding of CSAT, DSAT, SLA, reporting out of Case Management tools

• Soft Skills: Good command of computer

• Tools or Software (Required): HR system (Workday) and proficiency in MS Office

• Education Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Social sciences background or related area

Other Requirements:-

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8AM – 5PM

• Contract Duration: 12 Month

• Languages Required & Proficiency Level: Good Command of Chinese (Mandarin) & English (Spoken and Written)

• Offered Salary: MYR 3500.00

Role Summary:-

In this operational role, you will be part of a regional team that executes multiple HR employee lifecycle processes, including job changes, offboarding, data & records, benefits related and time & absence. You will develop an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations, systems & processes, how to deliver ‘Best in Class’ service as well as continuous improvement skills.

Essential Responsibilities:-

• Successful execution of HR Employee lifecycle processes

• Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s)

• Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area (s)

• Fostering a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement

• Advising on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partners

• Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication

• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and company policy requirements
