• High Mobility (Must-Have): Must be highly willing and able to travel internationally frequently. Expected travel frequency is approximately 2 to 3 weeks per month.

• Language Proficiency:Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Proficiency in any local languages of Southeast Asia or Eastern Europe is a strong plus.

• Regional Market Expansion: Execute targeted online and offline promotional strategies to discovery, approach, and secure potential clients in Southeast Asia (SEA) and Eastern Europe markets.
• Intensive Onsite Engagement: Lead frontline international business trips to conduct onsite client visits, deliver tailored pitches, and build a strong local brand presence.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with cross-cultural clients, deeply understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Market Insights: Monitor and analyze global market trends, competitor movements, and local business environments in target regions to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiation and Contracting: Drive business negotiations, manage contract discussions, and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
