REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, network administration and system administration.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and cloud services.

• Hands-on experience in network administration, including TCP/IP, VPN, switches, routers, firewalls and Wi-Fi infrastructure.

• Experience in cybersecurity practices, backup solutions and endpoint protection.

• Familiarity with IT asset management, software licensing and vendor coordination.

• Experience supporting CCTV, access control systems and biometric attendance systems will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide technical support to users across all levels of the organisation.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, manage multiple priorities and handle critical IT incidents when required.

• Possess a valid driving licence with own transport.

• Willing to travel to project sites/branch offices and work outside normal office hours for system maintenance or emergency support when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain the Company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software and office technology systems.

• Provide first and second-level technical support to Directors, Management and employees for hardware, software and network-related issues.

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions and business applications.

• Monitor system performance, conduct routine health checks, updates and preventive maintenance to ensure system availability and security.

• Implement cybersecurity practices, including security updates, patch management, endpoint protection and vulnerability monitoring.

• Manage system backups, data recovery procedures and support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing records and coordinate hardware lifecycle management.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, repairs and technical support.

• Support CCTV systems, access control systems, biometric attendance systems and other office technology systems.

• Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud initiatives, office setup and technology improvements.

• Develop and maintain IT documentation, user guides, configuration records and standard operating procedures.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup, access management and IT equipment preparation.

• Prepare IT reports and provide recommendations to improve IT operations, system reliability and efficiency.
