Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, Engineering，IT， Finance or a related field.

Proficient in Mandarin(spoken and written) is an advantage; able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Internship period of at least 3 months; applicants available for 6 months or more are highly preferred.

Assist in carrying out day-to-day departmental tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of relevant documents, records, and reports.

Update and maintain information, data, and documentation accurately where applicable.

Collaborate with team members and provide support in departmental projects and activities.

Attend meetings, training sessions, and other work-related activities as required.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements at all times.

Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the supervisor to support departmental objectives.
