Basic computer skills and ability to operate computer systems.

Willing to work a 6-day work week.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred.

Previous warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Hardworking, responsible, and willing to work overtime when required.

Inbound & Outbound Material Management:

• Verify material quantities, perform receiving and issuing procedures, follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles, and ensure inventory records match actual stock levels.

Inventory Management:

• Conduct regular stock checks, monitor inventory levels, and report low stock, obsolete materials, and abnormal inventory conditions.

Warehouse Management:

• Maintain warehouse organization and implement 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Data & Reporting:

• Record inbound and outbound transactions, update inventory information, and maintain warehouse management system records.

Coordination & Support:

• Work closely with production and other departments to ensure timely material supply and smooth daily operations.
