• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or related field.

• Experience growing a new brand or start up business.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.

• Experience in performance marketing, lead generation and campaign optimization.

• Ability to analyse data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.

• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and market trends.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a MUST, especially for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth.

• Plan, launch and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Manage digital marketing strategies across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.

• Analyse marketing performance, customer behaviour and market trends to improve results.

• Optimize marketing funnels, advertising performance and customer acquisition costs.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are used effectively.

• Maintain strong and consistent brand positioning across all channels.

• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
