Full Time Engineer ( Facility Management ) Jobs, in MMC Corporation Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, or related field). •

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in maintenance engineering, construction (industry/facilities/infrastructure)

Ensure maintenance works comply with safety, health and environmental regulations, review risk assessment, Method statement and permit to works documentation, and to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and statutory requirements •

Assist in preparation of maintenance rehab/project work documentation, including preparation of rehab/project proposal, planned rehab/project schedule, rehab/project requirement, site visit briefing. •

Assist to plan and carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for civil and structure, monitor equipment performance and recommend improvement and upgrade or rehabilitation for civil and structure. •

Assist in ensuring all proposed rehab designs comply with statutory codes and regulator, acceptable engineering practice. •

Monitor contractor performance via work schedule and construction works at project site by ensuring that all contractors are working in accordance with schedule, specification and standard practice. •

Review contractor submission such as method statement, shop drawings and as built drawings and verify works quality and certify completion. •

Assist to identify defect, wear, potential failures, perform root cause analysis for recurring breakdowns. • Maintain record of facility maintenance/rehab project activities and asset condition. •

Assist in preparing technical report, inspection finding and maintenance, provide technical input for audits and management reviews.
