Job Summary

Develop, manage, and coordinate high-quality 3D digital models and 2D documentation. Ensure all digital assets adhere to project standards (ISO 19650) and provide accurate data for the design and construction phases of the Penang LRT project.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modelling: Create, maintain, and check detailed 3D models and attribute elements to support 3D, 4D, and 5D workflows.
• Coordination & Clash Detection: Run clash analysis, resolve interdisciplinary conflicts, and manage federated models across disciplines.
• Documentation: Generate accurate 2D drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all models follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ISO 19650 protocols.
• AI & Automation: Actively use AI and digital tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve daily productivity.
• Quality & Safety: Comply with company Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Software Skills: Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• BIM Knowledge: Good understanding of BIM concepts, coordination processes, and ISO 19650 standards.
• General Skills: Proactive, fast-paced, and comfortable using AI productivity tools. (Experience with Google Workspace is a bonus).
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or related fields.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,500.00 per month
