Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Preferably candidates specializing in Quantity Surveying

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and management

Good management of overall QS operations

Detail-oriented and a good team player with positive working attitude

Perform full range of QS tasks: tender preparation, estimation, quantity take-off, and claims

In charge of BQ, material calculation, and contract preparation

Prepare project budgets and cost analysis

Develop tender documents, reports, costing, and contracts

Handle project claims, payments, and variation orders (VOs)

Ensure all variation orders are properly recorded and claimed

Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Attend site meetings when required

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
