Kelayakan

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

  • Preferably candidates specializing in Quantity Surveying

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

  • Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and management

  • Good management of overall QS operations

  • Detail-oriented and a good team player with positive working attitude

Tanggungjawab

  • Perform full range of QS tasks: tender preparation, estimation, quantity take-off, and claims

  • In charge of BQ, material calculation, and contract preparation

  • Prepare project budgets and cost analysis

  • Develop tender documents, reports, costing, and contracts

  • Handle project claims, payments, and variation orders (VOs)

  • Ensure all variation orders are properly recorded and claimed

  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

  • Attend site meetings when required

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
