Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety compliance for construction, renovation, maintenance, and engineering works within our hospital. The successful candidate will ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with Malaysian occupational safety regulations and hospital safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct routine site safety inspections.
• Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Identify and report hazards and unsafe work practices.
• Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure contractors comply with hospital safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid DOSH Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor certification).
• Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site safety experience.
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, or construction projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety & Health regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple contractors.

Only candidates with a valid DOSH Yellow Book will be considered.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
