Age: 22–35 (fluent in Mandarin)

Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related fields, or a diploma recognized by the Malaysian government

Language Skills: Effective spoken and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese proficiency is an added advantage

Soft Skills: Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and a strong team player; able to work collaboratively as well as independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience: Background in franchise development, market expansion, or video shooting and editing

Retail or F&B industry experience is an advantage

Strong presentation and communication skills, able to convey information clearly and accurately, understand customer needs precisely, and provide effective responses and recommendations

Strong analytical ability to assess market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support partnership development strategies

Effective coordination and communication skills with upstream and downstream partners to achieve business objectives

Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire industry and service knowledge and continuously enhance professional competency

Goal-oriented with strong planning skills; able to translate overall franchise strategies into actionable plans and timelines, and execute tasks effectively to ensure timely completion

Handle inbound franchise inquiries across all channels via the franchise hotline, provide franchise information, address customer questions, tag and segment customers, and drive qualified leads to submit franchise application forms to achieve conversion.

Acquire customer leads through multiple channels and platforms, and drive traffic into private-domain customer pools.

Conduct periodic data analysis on inquiry customers, identify key business issues, and develop improvement initiatives.
