Requirements:

1. Minimumone year of relevant work experience in logistics and warehousing warehouse management and practical operations; experience in overall management is preferred.

2. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in using and optimizing ERP and WMS systems, and those with experience in planning and implementing WMS systems.

3. Has a team spirit, is conscientious and responsible.

4. Associate degree or above in logistics, warehousing or related fields.

5. Able to handle work requirements such as irregular overtime.

1. Daily Operations Management: Responsible for the daily work order operations of the warehouse (receiving, shipping, inventory, adding or reducing distribution, etc.) to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse business;

2. Operational Efficiency Improvement: Responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse, continuously optimizing warehousing processes, improving operational efficiency, and tracking the achievement of business goals, including quality, cycle time, cost, and safety metrics.

3. System Optimization: Based on the difficulties and pain points encountered in on-site business execution, propose optimization suggestions for the existing system, track their implementation, and solidify the processes. This includes requirement identification, assisting in the preparation of requirement specification documents, and implementing functional UAT (User-Aided Execution) features.

4. Warehouse Security System Construction: Responsible for the security management and daily auditing of the centralized warehouse, including personnel safety and material storage and access security.
