Candidates with experience in AutoCount will have an added advantage.

Experience in the loan, financing, hire purchase, or used car industry is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCount accounting software is preferred.

Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations

Manage and organize vehicle documents such as registration, ownership transfer, and insurance paperwork

Assist in processing sales documentation and liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., JPJ, Puspakom)

Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales, and customer information

Coordinate with sales team to support transaction processes

Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information when needed

Prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative documents

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
