Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, sports, or a related industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers and business partners.

Familiarity with customer service operations, booking systems, or CRM software is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for sports and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Provide high-quality customer service and support to customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, online booking platforms.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding court bookings, memberships, coaching programmes, sports events, tournaments, venue rentals, and promotional packages.

Prepare quotations for venue rentals, corporate events, tournaments and group bookings.

Process customer bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and registrations accurately.

Handle customer complaints, requests, and feedback effectively, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to the relevant department when necessary.

Collaborate with the Operations, Events, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and successful event execution.

Promote Sports Arena facilities, memberships, coaching programmes, events, and promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and revenue.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer enquiries, bookings, and sales activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service quality standards.

Coordinate with the marketing team to create digital content, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.

Monitor website and e-commerce performance, including sales, bookings, customer traffic, and conversion rates.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

Ensure product and service information, pricing, promotions, and images are accurate and up to date.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
