About the Role: Procurement Executive / Purchasing Executive (采购执行专员)

Resta Enterprise Sdn Bhd (ABARO Shoes) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive / Purchasing Executive to join our growing team based in Klang, Selangor.

Responsible for purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and sourcing operations. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.

Mandarin communication skills are required to liaise with China suppliers.

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• Fluent in local languages; strong preference for candidates proficient in Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  
• Procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, inventory, and supplier coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Mandarin communication skills to liaise with overseas suppliers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• ERP/procurement software experience is an added advantage.
  

• Source, evaluate, and select local and overseas suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery performance, reliability, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value for the company.
• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with suppliers to monitor production schedules, shipment status, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up closely on outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues proactively.
• Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to support business operations and inventory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, quotations, contracts, and purchasing documentation.
• Verify supplier invoices and ensure deliveries comply with purchase orders and agreed specifications.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers while continuously evaluating supplier performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Support new product sourcing, sample coordination, and supplier development initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical sourcing practices, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports, purchasing analysis, and supplier performance evaluations as required.
