We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our retail branch operations. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily operations, leading and developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, cash handling, financial reporting, and stock control.
• Plan and execute sales, promotional, and marketing initiatives to drive branch growth and profitability.
• Monitor branch performance through sales reports and KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards that reflect the company's premium brand image.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, security procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members through regular performance reviews and continuous learning initiatives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of retail management experience, preferably in the jewellery, luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Malaysian citizens or candidates with valid full working rights in Malaysia are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
