Perform scalp examinations and analyses using professional equipment.

Identify customers' scalp conditions based on the examination results and provide personalized care recommendations.

Provide scalp and hair care treatments according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Proficiently perform scalp massage, essential oil treatments, spa treatments, and hair nourishment treatments.

Properly operate and maintain related treatment equipment and devices.

Be familiar with the features and benefits of the company’s products and treatment packages.

Recommend suitable products and treatment plans according to customers’ needs.

Assist in achieving the outlet’s sales targets.

Provide professional and attentive customer service and build good customer relationships.

Maintain a clean, comfortable, and hygienic treatment area.

Follow up on customers’ treatment results and arrange subsequent appointments.

Properly handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

Be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining the hygiene of treatment tools.

Assist in checking, replenishing, and organizing product and material inventory.

Support daily outlet operations and carry out tasks assigned by supervisors.
