Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of business strategy to drive growth in medical device R&D, commercialization, and regional expansion. Oversee operations, regulatory compliance, and partnerships to deliver innovative digital healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to expand medical device R&D, commercialization, and regional market presence
• Lead operations, corporate governance, and cross-functional teams across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and sales departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Oversee the development and commercialization of digital healthcare products, including AI, Super-Visualization (AR/VR), and medical software/hardware, to meet market needs
• Manage intellectual property strategy and patent portfolios to protect innovations and maximize competitive advantage
• Lead clinical trials and establish research collaborations with hospitals, key opinion leaders, and research institutions to validate product efficacy
• Develop and execute regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with medical device standards and facilitate market approval
• Drive go-to-market strategies by building distribution networks and managing hospital sales and strategic partnerships to increase market penetration
• Lead fundraising efforts, manage investor relations, and form strategic alliances with technology, healthcare, and academic partners to support business growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or post-graduate qualification in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields; or equivalent high-level professional/industry experience
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership and operational experience in medical device, digital health, or technology sectors
• Proven executive ability to lead end-to-end product commercialization, cross-disciplinary R&D, and align regulatory and business strategies
