We're looking for a caring, passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Whether you're a fresh graduate or an experienced therapist, we provide continuous guidance, mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess children's developmental, sensory, motor and functional needs.
• Plan, implement and evaluate individualised occupational therapy intervention programmes.
• Conduct one-to-one and group therapy sessions.
• Prepare therapy goals, intervention plans and progress reports.
• Monitor and document children's progress accurately.
• Provide parent education, home programmes and practical strategies to support carry-over.
• Work collaboratively with speech therapists, educators, psychologists and the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with company SOPs.
• Participate in case discussions, meetings, training and professional development programmes.
• Ensure therapy equipment and treatment areas are safe, clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registered or eligible for registration with the relevant professional body in Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with children, especially children with developmental delays or special needs, is an added advantage.
• Passionate about paediatric therapy and child development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patient, caring and responsible.
• Willing to learn, receive supervision and participate in continuous training.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
