Kerja Sepenuh Masa Biomedical Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,700 di Edgenta UEMS Selangor - Maukerja

LOCATION: Hospital Picaso, Petaling Jaya

1.0 RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.1 Ensure all biomedical equipment in the hospital is tagged and accurately recorded in the Asset Register.

1.2 Perform installation, routine inspections, breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, planned preventive maintenance (PPM), and basic user orientation for therapeutic, diagnostic, and life-support biomedical equipment.

1.3 Carry out repairs and maintenance of biomedical equipment in accordance with established procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and good engineering practices.

1.4 Assist in implementing the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule and ensure maintenance activities are completed within the scheduled timeframe.

1.5 Conduct routine inspections to ensure all biomedical equipment is safe, functional, and operating at optimum performance.

1.6 Perform electrical safety testing, calibration, and functional testing of biomedical equipment as required.

1.7 Assist in coordinating with equipment suppliers and service providers for warranty claims, preventive maintenance, breakdown services, and corrective maintenance.

1.8 Liaise with user departments regarding equipment servicing, preventive maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and repair status.

1.9 Assist in equipment commissioning, acceptance testing, and installation of new biomedical equipment.

1.10 Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, calibration certificates, and other relevant documentation.

1.11 Support periodic equipment condition assessments and provide feedback to the Biomedical Engineer or Supervisor on equipment performance and replacement requirements.

1.12 Follow standardized maintenance procedures and work instructions for all biomedical equipment.

1.13 Take care of own health and safety.

1.14 Participate in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training, campaigns, and promotional activities.

1.15 Understand and comply with the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Policy.

1.16 Report any work-related injuries, incidents, hazards, or illnesses to the Head of Facility or immediate supervisor.

1.17 Participate in the organization's risk management, safety, quality, environmental, and business continuity initiatives.

1.18 Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

2.0 REQUIREMENTS:

2.1 Must possess a Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical. Preferably registered with Institute of Engineers, Malaysia.

2.2 Competent in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining bio- medical electrical equipment. Familiarity with ECRI Bio- medical standards will be an added advantage.

2.3 Minimum one year experience in the related field.

2.4 Possess good oral and written communication skills.

2.5 Willing to work 5.5 days per week

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
