Job Summary

Supervising and coordinating the activities of personnel engaged in food preparation.

Job Description

• Preparation of hot and cold food for breakfast, a la carte lunch and dinner, snacks, buffet, etc.
• Decorates platters and ensure that food is presentable and appetizing.
• Coordinates mis-en-place productions.
• Pays attention to hygiene, sanitation and kitchen safety. Observes all legal requirements related to these.
• Works closely with the superior in portion control, standard recipes and food presentation.
• Suggests profit improvement.
• Inspects deliver of food items.
• Performs all other duties other than the above as requested by the Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
