SENIOR FACILITIES MANAGER
Location: Petaling Jaya/Klang, Selangor | Integrated Facilities Management
MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of a major Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract. The facilities comprise advanced automated warehouse operations, multi-tenanted logistics facilities and multinational/global brand occupiers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the IFM contract, covering M&E, HVAC, electrical, civil & structural, building services and outsourced soft services including janitorial, landscaping and handyman services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead overall IFM service delivery and ensure compliance with customer requirements, SLA/KPI and statutory obligations.
  • Act as the key interface between MST, customer representatives, tenants, contractors and service providers.
  • Lead the facilities management team and coordinate engineering, building services and site operations.
  • Oversee performance of outsourced janitorial, landscaping and handyman service providers.
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and ensure timely completion.
  • Review service performance, work orders, maintenance reports, incidents and customer complaints.
  • Drive HSE, operational reliability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead emergency response, incident management and business continuity activities.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, budgets, quotations and improvement projects.
  • Prepare monthly operational, financial, SLA/KPI and management reports.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant facilities management experience, with proven management/supervisory experience.
  • Experience in industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, semiconductor, commercial or MNC facilities is preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-tenanted facilities is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E and building services.
  • Proven experience managing outsourced service providers and contractors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian statutory and HSE requirements.
  • Facilities Management or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
