Job Description

• Partner with leading law firms to accelerate adoption of legal AI and workflow technology solutions.
• Develop trusted relationships with managing partners, practice leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows, productivity and client outcomes through technology.
• Deliver impactful client presentations, demonstrations and strategic workshops.
• Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities to maximise client engagement and long-term success.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing and strategy teams to develop tailored client initiatives.
• Capture market insights and customer feedback to influence future product innovation and go-to-market strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Development Partner should have:

• Qualified lawyer with experience gained from private practice and/or in-house legal environments.
• Minimum 5 years of legal industry experience.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within professional services environments.
• Experience in legal technology, SaaS, consulting, client development, solutions consulting or relationship management roles will be highly regarded.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities within strategic accounts.
• Confident presenter capable of leading executive discussions, workshops and solution demonstrations.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, technology innovation and the future of legal services.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple business units.
