About the Company

ZRH CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is a newly established Singapore-based professional consultancy firm specializing in construction cost assessment, quantity surveying, cost management and construction-related consultancy services.

As part of our business expansion in Singapore, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director to lead the establishment and development of the company's Singapore operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Lead and oversee the establishment and development of the company's Singapore operations.
• Develop and implement the company's business strategy, growth plans and operational framework.
• Build and manage the professional team, including recruitment, training and performance management.
• Lead construction cost assessment, quantity surveying and cost consultancy assignments.
• Provide professional advice on construction costs, project budgets, cost planning, tender evaluation and cost control.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, contractors, consultants and other industry stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop the company's client base in Singapore and the region.
• Review and oversee project proposals, consultancy fees, contracts and commercial arrangements.
• Establish professional standards, internal procedures and quality-control processes for the company.
• Ensure that projects are delivered professionally, accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations and business development activities.
• Monitor the company's financial and operational performance and report to the shareholders/directors.
• Ensure that the company's activities comply with applicable Singapore laws, regulations and professional requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Cost Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience in construction cost consultancy, quantity surveying, project cost management or related fields.
• Strong experience in construction cost estimation, cost planning, budgeting, contract management and tender evaluation.
• Proven experience in a senior management or leadership position within the construction or engineering consultancy industry.
• RICS membership or other internationally recognized professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, project costs and commercial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Ability to independently establish and develop a professional consultancy business in Singapore.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage both technical and business aspects of the company.
• Experience in the Singapore construction or consultancy market will be an advantage.
