Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.

Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience are also welcome.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

Experience with SQL Accounting System or other accounting software is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, as this role supports Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.

Possess own transportation and willing to travel occasionally for event assignments.

Handle full set of accounts, including journal entries, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and financial schedules.

Process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), supplier payments, and customer invoicing accurately and timely.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business operations and management decision-making.

Support audit, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements by maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments to monitor project expenses, event costing, and financial transactions.

Support finance-related administrative duties and participate in company events or outstation assignments when required.
