  3. Client Communication: Maintain regular client communication, provide updates on listings and market trends, and respond promptly to inquiries.
  4. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property databases for efficient data management.
  5. Financial Coordination: Assist with rental payment collection and coordinate financial transactions related to property deals.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, property management, and renovation teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
