  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Computer literate in MS Excel and MS Words.
  • Basic knowledge in Account and GST will be advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  • Prepare quotation, DO, record filling and office general admin remuneration.
  • Handle data entry transactions to account software. 
  • Track outstanding invoices and prepare Statement of Accounts.
  • Prepare monthly creditors, debtors statement and quarterly GST submission.
  • Assist on month end, year end closing with accountant/audit.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, OT and staff claims/reimbursement.
  • Provide admin support to company technicians.
  • Survey sales and marketing price analysis for management decisions.
  • Liaise with supplier for price check, purchase orders and delivery.
  • Perform customer service such as, handling incoming calls/mails, making appointment, prepare quotations, attending customers enquiries and complaints.
