- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaker will be advantage.
- Computer literate in MS Excel and MS Words.
- Basic knowledge in Account and GST will be advantage.

- Handle data entry transactions to account software.
- Track outstanding invoices and prepare Statement of Accounts.
- Prepare monthly creditors, debtors statement and quarterly GST submission.
- Assist on month end, year end closing with accountant/audit.
- Prepare monthly payroll, OT and staff claims/reimbursement.
- Provide admin support to company technicians.
- Survey sales and marketing price analysis for management decisions.
- Liaise with supplier for price check, purchase orders and delivery.
- Perform customer service such as, handling incoming calls/mails, making appointment, prepare quotations, attending customers enquiries and complaints.
