- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Excellent command in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Minimum 3 year(s) working experience in the trading or retail industry.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Follow up with suppliers' statement and arrange payment to suppliers.
- Prepare customers' statement and follow up with customers for outstanding payment.
- Perform petty cash reimbursement and float management.
- Liaise with suppliers/banker of payment to suppliers and cheque confirmation.
- Prepare audit listing and schedules.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, full sets of accounts, monthly and adhoc management reports.
- Daily sales money collection and reconciliation to sales report of individual outlet.
- Liaise with auditors on interim and year-end audits
- Handle daily accounting and administration functions including payment processing, data entry, filing of documents etc.
- Working Time :
- Monday - Friday
- (Alternate Saturday half day work)
- Salary :
- RM2,000 to RM3500 (Depending on experience)
