Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): excellent supervisorial skills, excellent organization skills, Excellent written & Interpersonal skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently and enjoy interfacing with other staff at all levels
  • Knowledge in Sales and Services Tax (SST) will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in Audit flow and Taxation.

Tanggungjawab

  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the company's information*Willing to take on more job responsibilities when need arises*Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  • Handling wide range and confidential information or documents.
  • Excellent skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct English and Mandarin copy.
  • Must be able to work independently with low supervision.
  • Work closely with other Head of Department to achieve harmonious working environment.
  • Assist in following up with action in matters which fall within the reporting manager’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow up action.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.
  • Undertake assignments time-to-time, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by reporting manager.
  • On field handle and supervise account team on recurring task.
  • Attend to client for meeting on to complete the financial reporting
