Kelayakan

  • Possess a diploma/bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or Engineering and IT related fields or Advertising / Media.
  • Proficient in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PS).
  • Requires 3-5 years of working experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube and other third-party ad platforms.
  • Well-versed in Facebook’s algorithm and strong familiarity with multiple social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, impressions and has a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Candidates with working experience in Sales/Marketing of the related field will be an added advantage.
  • Ability in developing marketing and sales strategies
  • Good interpersonal PR skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist in update company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, WhatsApp and Youtube.
  • To generate and deliver engaging creative content (text, image, news and video).
  • Involve in training, marketing events and activities, either online or offline.
  • Marketing support such as website management and production of marketing collateral.
  • Research and analyse market trends to stay abreast of industry developments.
  • Utilize available data to strategize marketing campaigns in creating strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify trends and initiate creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Measure performance using web analytics tools and report metrics (ROI and KPIs) of online marketing initiatives.
  • Acquire insights on marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • The candidate will be responsible to penetrate new market and expand market share; formulate sales plan and meet the annual budget set.
  • Periodically perform SWOT analysis for own territory, competition analysis, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
  • Handle sales of the company range of industrial automation or control products.
  • Develop new market and maintain good relationship with the existing clients.
  • To prepare quotation, sales reports, presentation and proposal material.
  • Able to meet target and work independently.
  • Proactive respond to customer needs.
  • Update customers on company’s new products regularly and obtain their feedback.
  • He/She is also responsible to liaise with our customers on their solution needs and after sales need.
  • This includes providing quotations to customers, sales report generation, project management and sales presentations.
  • Responsible to organize and maintain the documentation accordance to ISO requirements.
  • Coordinator between sales team, engineering team & Business Control Dept.
  • Responsible to handle any other task assigned from time to time.
  • Have the RIGHT ATTITUDE & APTITUDE

Job Knowledge:

  • Familiar with custom regulations, import tax & duty tax.
  • Knowledge in product ordering procedures.
  • Knowledge of supplier for automation & control.
  • Knowledge of forwarding and logistics agencies.
