Kelayakan

  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including night hours, weekends and holidays.
  • Good communication skills
  • Literate in computer Microsoft Office-excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Tanggungjawab

  • Responsible for selling products or services or to raise awareness of issues that affect the public.
  • Responsible for providing general information about the products and services provided by the company to new customers or existing customers.
  • Responsible for collecting/ storing personal information from customers whether new or old customers such as their addresses, phone numbers, emails and means of payment in secure and confidential storage.
  • Responsible for handling the customer's request whether IT is a cancellation of the product if there is a malfunction and replacing a new product.
  • Responsible for encouraging customers to purchase additional goods/ products by upgrading services in customer service.
  • Responsible for informing customers about sales i.e. there is a discount of (%) or is holding a special promotion.
  • Responsible for resolving any customer complaints and informing customers that their complaints will be taken into account and informed to the management.
  • Responsible for informing customers by recommending follow-up actions for solutions when the product is not working/damaged.
  • Welcome the arrival of customers with affectionate greetings and facial expressions and offer them help.
  • Guide customers by escorting them to shelves and counters as well as suggesting items.
  • Connect and network with various stakeholders including customers, friends, suppliers and organizational partners.
  • Communicate with target customers and take care of customer relationships.
  • Planning advertising from advertising sources in local newspapers,radio and tv depends on the organization and campaign.
  • Take care of the expenditure of marketing materials, including minutes, posters, news letters, e-letters, news and DVD.
  • Connect with designers and printers.
  • Advocate photography.
  • Maintain and update the subscriber's data profile.
  • Conduct and attend events such as conferences, seminars, events, trainings and exhibitions.
  • Find new resources and get sponsorship.
  • Conduct market research, for example by using customer questionnaires and focused groups.
  • Develop, marketing plans and strategies.
  • Getting a financial budget.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring activities of competitors.
  • Helps develop marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea. Have diverse roles that include planning, advertising, public relations, event organizing, product development, booklet/flyers distribution, sponsorship and research. Requires a person who is competent, fast and has brilliant ideas.
  • Helps customers make choices by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
  • Always be attentive in participating in training sessions held by the company or outside the company to learn about products and customer service to provide better service to customers.
  • Possess high skills in problem solving, negotiation, persuasion, critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Record each sale by updating customer profile records.
  • Receive any payment from customers in the form of cheque, cash and credit card before being taken to the payment counter.
  • Ensure that customers are informed in advance about the products purchased i.e. the importance, benefits, benefits, potential and duration of the product.
  • Record / update inventory and ensure that the goods are in stock if there is demand.
  • Making the promotion of the company's goods.
  • Ensure that standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are adhered to.
  • Ensure that the goods sold reach the sales target.
