Kelayakan
- Preferably with customer service experience (min 2 to 3years)
- Min requirement Diploma / Degree holder in any field
- Adequate computer skills and knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office is compulsory
- Experience in Autocount Accounting System is preferred but not necessary
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to navigate past unexpected issues
- Attention to detail, initiative and set high standards
- Adaptability and stress tolerance
- Ability to manage escalated issues / difficult customers
Tanggungjawab
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department – meet KPIs
- Handling of incoming calls and respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis
- Serves as a liaison between the customer and various department
- Involved in Sales & Operation Support administrative duties (Including Quotation, Invoicing etc)
- Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources
- Coordinates well with other CS, superiors and colleagues from other departments
- Provides service to customers in a professional manner
- Explain our product & services to customer and lead them to place order
