Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess SPM and above.
  • Love selling and have a proven track record of closing sales over the phone and on WhatsApp
  • Are technology savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media channels (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Required language: English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Have a self-starter attitude with an ability to work independently
  • Have a FRIENDLY and FUN character and a customer-centric focus

Tanggungjawab

  • Ensure to achieve daily and monthly sales targets & KPIs by using appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
  • Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent and professional customer service
  • Maintain a high-level of daily activity including end user calls, partner calls, meetings and proactive outreach (phone and email)
  • Connect with prospects and customers through 30-40 contacts per day and follow up on Marketing leads
  • Has experiences in the full life cycle of sale: prospecting, selling, and closing
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition associated with SailPoint products and services
  • Build lasting relationships with prospects, end users and partners
  • Engage with cross-functional resources including field sales, senior leadership, marketing and others to drive business in your account base
  • Handle all Sales Department matters.
  • Responsible in company marketing strategies and deliverables.
  • Converting leads to sales with a minimum of 7 percent conversion monthly.
  • Develop sales strategies for better sales conversion.
  • Effectively handling prospects inquiries and concerns.
  • Meeting with prospects via online offline
  • Planning and organising special sales and marketing programmes based on sales records and market assessments.
  • Determining price lists discount and delivery terms sales promotion budgets sales method special incentives and campaigns.
  • Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures related to sales and marketing activities.
  • Representing the enterprise or organisation at sales and marketing conventions trade exhibitions and other forums.
