Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-Minimum Diploma studies in any field with 1-2 years of working experience in high-end service-related industry eg. hospitality, F&B, airlines, retail sales, etc.
-Enthusiastic with a positive and patient attitude and possess a flair for customer service.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster relationships with all levels of customers.
-Observant and able to evaluate environment and customers for cues.
-Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, physically fit.
- Positive attitude, patient and proactive. Able to “think on your feet”.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
-Ability to work as part of a team.
-Agile and flexible to travel within Malaysia.
