Kelayakan
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent
- Professional working fluency in English and Mandarin
- Ability to connect and understand people at all position levels
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field for manager
- For assistant manager, at least 3 to 4 years of working experience in the related field
- Pleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal skills with good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good command of knowledge in labour law, statutory requirements, HR best practices and dispute management skills.
- Good command of communication skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Must be able to coordinate staff review and handle stress effectively.
Tanggungjawab
- Review and reorganize existing company HR policies, SOPs, and workflow.
- Implement and assist in setting up of company HR recruitment procedure, KPI of respective department.
- Strategies, plan, and review manpower resources at organisational level to support business and organisational growth.
- Initiate and set up performance review procedure that promote staff engagement and self-reflection.
- Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding
- Others daily HR administrative tasks as and when required by the business need.
- Job is expected to be rather challenging as company has just newly set up HR department which are quite chaotic. Candidate can expect steep learning curve and fast track career growth.
